Welcome to The Amazon Publishing. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
All work produced by The Amazon Publishing on your behalf remains entirely under your ownership, as per the terms mutually agreed upon at the commencement of your project. You retain full intellectual property rights to your manuscript, book content, cover design, and any other deliverables created specifically for you.
The Amazon Publishing retains no ownership over client-commissioned work. All edited, ghostwritten, designed, or published materials belong exclusively to the client. You are free to use, distribute, adapt, and commercialize your work without restriction or obligation to The Amazon Publishing beyond the original service agreement.
All services provided by The Amazon Publishing commence only upon receipt of the agreed payment in full, unless a specific milestone-based payment schedule has been arranged in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during the order process.
Clients are responsible for all applicable transaction fees, bank charges, currency conversion costs, and any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction beyond the base service fee quoted by The Amazon Publishing. Invoices are issued upon project initiation and are payable within the terms specified on the invoice.
The Amazon Publishing offers unlimited revisions for all applicable service packages. Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery of the completed work. After this period, additional revisions may be subject to standard revision fees.
Revision requests submitted within the eligible window are typically addressed within 24 business hours, and no later than two (2) business days from the date of request submission. We are committed to ensuring that every client is completely satisfied with the final deliverable.

Rush revision requests outside these windows may be accommodated at our discretion and may be subject to an expedite fee, which will be communicated before any additional charges are applied.
Prior to project initiation, clients are required to complete all intake forms and provide all critical project information, including but not limited to: book concept, target audience, genre, preferred tone, reference materials, and any specific requirements.
The accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client directly impacts the quality and scope of the deliverable. The Amazon Publishing accepts no responsibility for project outcomes negatively affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.
Any unresolved contractual disputes must be addressed in writing to The Amazon Publishing prior to project initiation. Proceeding with a project after receiving a service agreement constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Refunds are available before project initiation, provided no work has commenced on the client's project. Once work has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, with any applicable fees for work completed being deducted from the refund amount.
Clients who are dissatisfied with initial deliverables may request a refund within 48 hours of first delivery, even if unlimited revisions remain available. Refund requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a full refund but may be eligible for a partial credit toward future services.

The Amazon Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Amazon Publishing and its team members from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
The Amazon Publishing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
